‘The Libra Game’ is his first book and we recently met up with Hamad to have a chat about it. Here is some of our conversation…
Tell us a bit about your book ‘The Libra Game’ – what is it about?
The Libra game book is about decision making, it’s a way of thinking and platform to deal with decision making.
The book provide a practical tool to deal with decision making not theories, when it comes to decision making people need a practical tool not theories.
So the book provide a practical tool for leaders to use immediately in their workplace.
The same tool will be great for business schools at MBA and executive levels.
The Libra game provide a systematic way to organise the decision making process.
Is it part of a series? Are you planning any more?
Well, not a series, but for sure an updated version will be introduced after having people’s feedback from the first version.
The next version would include advance ways to apply the Libra game
What inspired you to write the book?
The absence of a decision making tool inspired me to write this book, no one teaches us in school or college how to make decisions. When I completed my Bachelors and Masters degrees I felt this gap in the work place. When decision making was required I had no platform to help me so I decided to develop one for everyone.
Today this tool can be taught in high schools, colleges and executive programs to prepare a generation to be ready to deal with decision making in their personal and business life.
Who do you think will enjoy reading the book?
This book is for everyone but for people who deal with decision making will enjoy it most, such as business owners, managers, business leaders, both in the private and public sector; as well as business schools who can add it to their curriculum to provide competitive advantage for their programs
When is your book available to purchase and from where?
