    “Last weekend at London’s University College London, the future of the book publishing may have been glimpsed at the Futurebook hackathon, an overdue attempt in this country to redefine reading in the digital age.

    Book hackathons have proved to be very successful in the US, but even supporters of the project such as trade title The Bookseller, book store Blackwell’s and literary agent William Morris Endeavor Entertainment were amazed at the response.”

    We would love to see more events like this in the UK and Europe. the book publishing industry is slightly behind the times, and we can expect some disruption in the coming years, which is very exciting!
